• 36-40 Dates

• 1.5 - 2 cups melted Ghee

• A pinch of saffron threads

•1/8 teaspoon each:

Cardamom powder, ginger power, and cinnamon powder.

To Prepare:

Melt the ghee, add saffron threads, cardamom powder, ginger powder and cinnamon powder. Place the dates in a large mason jar, pour the warm ghee & spices over the dates, put the lid on and allow to sit overnight.
